This is one of the most interesting trek in Garhwal Himala~s, presenting varied aspects of landscape and culture.

From Delhi we drive seven hours to the "Queen of hills" Mussoorie at 6000ft. We spend a day at Mussoorie visiting interesting places and doing our .last minute shopping for the trek.
From here we drive along the banks of river Yamuna to roadhead Hanumanchatti, a small hamlet at the confluence of Yamuna and Hanumanganga. We start our trek following the pilgrims trail to the shrine of Yamunotri, meeting pilgrimes from allover India on our way. We retrace our steps to Hanumanchatti, and from here our hike starts for lake Dod~tal at 10,000 ft crossing the meadows of darwadhar at 13,000ft. We trek down to the town of Uttarkashi and take a three hours drive for Gangotri.
Our trek takes us to the source of Ganges and further up to Tapovan, base camp for several peaks including Mt. Shivling. We trek back to Gangotri to start our trek for Kedartal at the I height of 16,000ft being one of the highest and most beautiful lake in Garhwal. A gem in the Himalayas.

Back at gangotri we drive to Uttarkashi. and then to the city of saints Rishikesh famous for its yoga centres.

Day 1 Arrival at Delhi. Reach the hotel.

Day 2 Drive from Delhi to Mussoorie (approx. 7 hours)

Day 3 Enjoy, spend the day around Mussoorie

Day 4 Drive from Mussoorie to Hanumanchatti (approx. 6 hours)
